Kerryfresh is committed to sourcing and distributing products of the highest quality, from vendors that are regularly inspected by approved Kerry Group site auditors.
The majority of Kerryfresh products are manufactured in facilities owned by Kerry Foods, all of which have achieved BRC Global Food Standard Accreditation, and are subject to compliance and audit against the full range of Domestic and/or EU legislation, as appropriate.
External suppliers to Kerryfresh produce in facilities approved by the relevant competent authority. As such, all plants are subject to compliance and audit against the full range of Domestic and or/EU legislation, as appropriate, on Public Health.
In addition all Third Party Companies who produce products under the Kerry Foods Brand are included within the supplier Programme, whereby they are audited prior to supply of any product with subsequent audits carried out based on risk assessment frequency.
Kerry's National Distribution Centre (NDC) operates in accordance with documented procedures and records, issued and controlled by Kerry's Technical Services team to ensure the Food Safety and Legality of all products handled.
Storage and distribution facilities are audited annually by Kerry's Internal Audit Team against the requirements of the agreed Code of Practice and the HACCP plan.
