Below is a list of Recipes compiled by our Chef, designed to tickle everyone's tastebuds!
Note: all ingredients are available from Kerryfresh.
Recipes using Kerryfresh Sandwich Fillers:
Place 100 grams of Chicken Fajita with 80 grams of Spanish Salad and 40 grams of Grated Cheddar Cheese onto a Tomato Tortilla Wrap. Fold in edges and roll up to seal in ingredients. Toast on contact grill or serve cold cut in half.
Split a freshly baked baguette down the middle, without cutting all the way through. Spread some Honey Chilli Sauce on the inside along with 40 grams of Grated cheese. Add 120 grams of Taco Beef from Kerryfresh and 20 grams of red sliced onion. Finish with crisp iceberg lettuce and cut diagonally in two. Serve with tossed and dressed leaf salad.
Take an appropriate salad plate and dress with mixed salad leaves. Add two rolled slices of Denny Crumbed Ham. Add some Chunky Egg Salad and some Italian Ham & Pasta Salad on either side. Finish with 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion rings, 2 pepper rings and a few sprigs of fresh coriander or basil. Offer your customer the choice of Spanish or Caesar dressing.
Take a freshly baked soft roll and butter with Kerrymaid. Add a tablespoon of Ballymaloe Country Relish and spread evenly. Place 2 slices of Denny Traditional Ham and 2 leaves of butterhead lettuce into the sandwich. Now add 2 slices of Mature Irish Cheddar Cheese and 2 slices of thinly sliced Ballyfree Turkey Breast. Finish with sliced boiled egg, tomato and Kerryfresh Deluxe Mayonnaise.
Butter two slices of fresh, granary seeded bread with Kerrymaid. Add 4 pieces of Cooked Crispy Bacon. Add some freshly sliced tomato & red onion, and 2 slices of Red Cheddar Cheese. Neatly place 100 grams of Tender Stripped Chicken on top and finish with crisp icebery lettuce and a spoonful of Honey Mustard Mayonnaise.
Using a microwaveable dinner tray, place two slices of Roast Beef into one side of the tray. Add 3 scoops of Creamy Mash Potato and 100 grams each of Baton Carrots and Diced Cooked Turnips on the side. Pour 100 grams of Roast Gravy over the meat and seal the tray.
Take a warmed flour tortilla wrap. Place stripped iceberg lettuce and strips of mixed peppers and onions one third of the way up from the bottom edge of the wrap. Add one Sliced Southern Fried Fillet or 4 Southern Fried Goujons. From the right hand fold once, then fold the bottom and top flaps over each other, leaving the left had side open. Dress the ingredients.
Place 12oz of steaming hot Roast Chicken & Garden Vegetable Soup into a warm bowl or disposable soup container. Serve with freshly baked Irish soda bread with shavings of Dubliner Cheese and Kerrymaid creamery butter.
